We are a part of Outdoor Recreation at Georgia Tech,
a student run organization for outdoor enthusiasts. There are no dues
or membership fees. We also offer group rides, instructional schools for
all levels, and maintenance classes. If you would like find out where the
local trails are or if you are a beginner who wants to start off-road riding
we can help you out.
We have informal meetings on Thursday nights at 6:30 p.m. at ORGT.
Our meetings are a great place to meet fellow cyclists and find out about local cycling events.
They also allow us to work on bikes, give maintenance tips, and discuss trips
that went out and plan trips going out. To keep updated with us, follow the directions
at
http://www.crc.gatech.edu/orgt/email.php to subscribe to our e-mail list.
We have a wide range of bike related tools in our tool cabinet at the
Wilderness Outpost.
It is avaiable for use by anyone for the cost of only $1 per day during the Outpost's
regular opening hours.
We have two GT Avalanche 2.0's and three Iron Horse Maverick 5.5's for use by our
students and participants. Our bikes can be used on trips with a Trip Leader. They
are available on a first come, first serve basis, with classes given priority
